Playbooks (Campaigns)
Announce to a selected group and track responses. This is the heart of botn’s campaign loop.

86 targeted · 86 sent
Lift reply → booking conversion.
A campaign announces to a selected group at once and tracks how far each person responded, all on one screen. The same message goes to many people with each name swapped in automatically, and after sending you watch progress in a funnel: target, sent, replied, booked, quoted, won.
Create a campaign
- Basics — campaign name, goal (consult, demo, test drive, quote, purchase) and an optional product/service to attach.
- Write the message — Write the body yourself or take an AI-suggested draft and edit it. When sent, the customer’s name is added at the front as a greeting automatically. → templates
- Attach docs — link proposals or pricing from docs and track who opens them.
- Pick the audience — Choose recipients from your contacts. tags Narrow by tag, then ‘select all matching’ to add them in one go.
- Send — Send by web SMS or email (see below). Sent contacts automatically move to ‘announced’.
Ways to send
- Web SMS — Sent from the server straight to Korean-number contacts. 1 SMS = 1 credit (₩10); non-Korean numbers and opted-out contacts are excluded automatically. A confirm dialog shows recipients, credits used and your balance before sending. → Credits & billing
- Email — Sent automatically by email to contacts that have an email. Free, up to 100 recipients per send; larger lists are split automatically.
- One-by-one text — Tap ‘Send text’ next to a contact to open your phone’s native SMS app with the body pre-filled. Copy-number and copy-message buttons are there too.
Track responses
The funnel at the top fills from target to announced, replied, booked, quoted and won. You change each contact’s status from the dropdown in the list, and the funnel numbers update right away.
Move repliers to ‘responded’ and carry them on to the next move (booking, quote). → Actions
Follow up on no-replies
When no-replies remain, a ‘Create follow-ups for N no-replies’ button appears. It creates follow-up tasks for everyone you announced to but who hasn’t responded, and tells you how many were made. → Today
For recurring follow-up, use auto follow-up (sequences). Email steps are sent automatically by email on their scheduled day, SMS steps you send yourself, and customers who reply stop automatically.
Watch out for
Bulk sends follow the privacy & consent policy. Counts of opted-out and unconfirmed-consent recipients are shown as a warning before sending — don’t message anyone who opted out.
