Calendar

See deal closes, consultation bookings and sales activities in one calendar. The Bookings tab lists incoming reservations as a list, and your public booking link lets customers pick a time themselves.

Two views

A My booking page card stays pinned at the top regardless of the view, so you can create or share your public booking link. Below it you switch between two tabs to manage schedules.

Event types

Deal closes, bookings and sales activities gather on one calendar, each in its own color. Reading your personal Google Calendar events is coming soon, before our enterprise launch.

Choose what to show

In the Show panel above the grid you can toggle each type with a checkbox. All are on by default, and the panel collapses or expands. When you only want to see deal deadlines, turn the rest off to view a single type cleanly.

Move months & view a day

  1. Switch months — use the arrows at the top to move between months. Each move re-fetches that month's sales activities.
  2. Spot clustered weeks — see ahead of time whether deal deadlines cluster in one week and adjust your schedule.
  3. Open a day — on mobile, cells are small so events get clipped — tap a day with events to see that day's full list in a small popup. A wide desktop screen is best for scanning a whole month.

Where events come from

Public booking links for consultations, deals close dates, processes & activities, and scheduled sales activities all gather in one place. Reading your personal Google Calendar events alongside them is coming soon, before our enterprise launch.

To take bookings, first set up a public booking page in Bookings. When a booking comes in, the contact and booking are registered automatically and appear on the calendar right away.
Reading your personal Google Calendar events to show them inside the botn calendar is coming soon, before our enterprise launch.
