What it helps with
The AI assist fills fields for you, condenses your records, and suggests what to do now. Everything is applied only after you review it — nothing is sent automatically.

Add by scanning a card
- Open business-card scan on the Import screen.
- Fit the card inside the guide box, shoot several in a row, then tap done.
- Review and fix the recognized name, phone, email and company.
- If needed, add tags and save as a contact.
Use company enrichment
- Make sure a company is linked on the contact card.
- Tap “AI enrich” to start the estimate in the background.
- You can leave the page — the result is saved and appears next time you open it.
- Review the industry, rough size and summary, then use it to prep.
Next action, drafts, summaries
On a deal or contact, request a next action to get a one-line action and reason. Pick a purpose to draft a message or email, and a note is organized into summary, needs, budget, decision-maker and next step. All of it stays as a note / draft for you to review, then apply or send yourself.
Usage and limits
AI features run within the workspace's monthly budget. When it's used up, new requests pause with a notice. You can check usage under Plans & billing / billing.
