What it helps with

The AI assist fills fields for you, condenses your records, and suggests what to do now. Everything is applied only after you review it — nothing is sent automatically.

Add by scanning a card

  1. Open business-card scan on the Import screen.
  2. Fit the card inside the guide box, shoot several in a row, then tap done.
  3. Review and fix the recognized name, phone, email and company.
  4. If needed, add tags and save as a contact.
Recognition is an estimate and can miss with poor handwriting or lighting. Double-check the phone and company before saving.

Use company enrichment

  1. Make sure a company is linked on the contact card.
  2. Tap “AI enrich” to start the estimate in the background.
  3. You can leave the page — the result is saved and appears next time you open it.
  4. Review the industry, rough size and summary, then use it to prep.
Enrichment is an estimate from the company name and domain, not a lookup of external data. Verify anything you need to rely on as fact.

Next action, drafts, summaries

On a deal or contact, request a next action to get a one-line action and reason. Pick a purpose to draft a message or email, and a note is organized into summary, needs, budget, decision-maker and next step. All of it stays as a note / draft for you to review, then apply or send yourself.

AI only suggests — message drafts, note summaries and next-action picks are all yours to review and decide. It never sends messages automatically.

Usage and limits

AI features run within the workspace's monthly budget. When it's used up, new requests pause with a notice. You can check usage under Plans & billing / billing.

Data containing personal information is handled under the privacy & consent policy.
