A booking link opens the booking loop. Customers pick a time and answer intake questions — the contact card and prep are created for you.

A booking page is a public link where customers pick a time and leave their contact. When a booking comes in, a contact card and the booking are created automatically and synced to your app.
Build a booking page
From “My booking page” at the top of the Bookings tab, tap Create booking page. A page is created with defaults and the settings screen opens right away.
- Basics — Set the page title, business name (optional), and an intro line.
- Link path — Choose a slug made of letters, numbers, and hyphens.
- Hours & interval — Pick the opening hour, closing hour, and slot interval (15, 30, or 60 min).
- Open days — Select the days you take bookings.
- Booking types — Name each type and set its duration (15–120 min); add as many as you need.
Booking limits
You can narrow availability to match how you actually work. Four limits feed into slot calculation together.
- Buffer (min) — Time kept empty between bookings.
- Min notice (hours) — Slots within this many hours from now are blocked.
- Booking window (days) — How many days ahead customers can book.
- Daily cap (0 = none) — A cap on bookings per day, re-checked on the server at submit time.
Host assignment
Set assignment to Single host to assign every booking to the page owner. Round robin, and bookings rotate through the hosts you select.
Share the link
Once saved, the page is live at botn.app/r/<workspace>/<slug> . Use “Copy link” to grab the URL and share it on a campaign, a messenger, your profile, anywhere. Your organization logo appears on the page — set it in Workspaces & branding.
What the customer sees
On the public page the customer picks a type, then a date, then a time, leaves their name and phone with an optional purpose and request, and submits. A confirmation message is shown afterward.
Available times exclude existing bookings, and they honor the limits you set above.
When a customer books
Based on the phone number, an existing contact card is reused if found, otherwise a new one is created; a booking with status “Confirmed” is generated and synced to your app. The purpose and request are saved in the booking note.
Manage the booking list
The booking list shows both public-page bookings and ones you added yourself, in schedule order. From each row you can call or text, and edit or cancel the booking. Status shows as Confirmed, Completed, No-show, or Canceled.
Consults, test drives, and visits you scheduled yourself can be added with the Add booking button at the bottom by entering a name, type, and time.
Before and after the booking
If you want more details up front, send a separate intake form to capture context ahead of the call. Right after the call, leave a note and schedule the next action . If a quote is needed, open a deal and share docs.
