What lands here
Two kinds of inbound land in the inbox. Each shows up as a row, with the most recent activity on top.
- Form submissions — forms that came in through your forms. Recent submissions are collected, and the lead tier (if set) is shown on the item.
- Upcoming bookings — bookings that haven’t happened yet and aren’t canceled. The date and time are shown alongside.
The number next to the title is how many items still need handling. The same inbox is available on mobile and desktop.
Handling an item
Each item has two buttons. Pick the one that fits the situation.
- Open contact — if the item is linked to a contact, the arrow button takes you straight to the contact card, where you can review calls, notes and deals while you respond.
- Mark done — the check button removes the item from the inbox and lowers the count. Use it to clear items you’ve finished with.
Don’t miss a lead
The inbox shows only inbound you haven’t touched yet. Items you mark done drop off the list, so handling whatever remains means nothing is missed. No need to hop between the forms and bookings screens — you see it all in one place here.
Practical tips
- Start your day in the inbox. Scan overnight form submissions and today’s bookings at a glance and decide your response order.
- Open the higher-tier form submissions first to make sure the important ones get attention early.
- Clear each item with ‘mark done’ as soon as you’ve handled it. The remaining count is your workload for the day.
An item you handle flows into a contact card; from there you can schedule a follow-up or open a deal.
