Where to summon it
The sparkle button at the bottom-right of every screen () opens the chat panel. Suggested questions adapt to the screen you’re on — Today, Contacts, Campaign, Pipeline and so on.
What it can do
- How-to — ask about BOTN features, e.g. “how do I import contacts?”
- Group contacts — “group dormant contacts” → jump into the contact list with the result
- Draft message/campaign — reply copy or a campaign draft
- Next-step picks — “which deals are stuck?”, “who should I contact today?”
AI cards inside screens
- Today’s BOTN AI — Today sorts ‘who to contact, missed follow-ups, likely buyers’ in one tap
- Contact summary — on a contact card, ‘summarize this contact’ → turn the suggested next action into an action, or draft a reply
- AI campaign builder — pick content, audience and tone (friendly / professional / benefit-led) to generate copy
AI only goes as far as suggestions and drafts. Real actions like bulk sends run only after you confirm them, per your approval rules — nothing is sent to customers on its own.
