Today screen
The Today tab is botn’s home. Start your day here and you’ll know exactly what to do first.
Hi Jihoon
Overdue (Jun 7). It cools further if it slips again.
Action due today.
When you open the app, the first screen you see is Today. It isn’t an inbox that piles up information — it distills 'who needs what, right now' and lists it from the top down. Run through this screen top to bottom each morning and your sales day is mapped out.
The header at the top
- Bell icon — opens the Notifications screen . If push notifications aren’t allowed yet, a small dot appears on the bell.
- BOTN AI button — the sparkle icon at the top-right opens the BOTN AI assistant from anywhere.
- Greeting — greets you by your name, with a one-line note underneath: ‘Actions that move today’s revenue.’
The three summary numbers
Three cards right under the header show today’s state at a glance.
- To do today — the total number of open (not-yet-completed) actions.
- Overdue follow-ups — the number of actions whose due date has passed. If there’s even one, the number turns red.
- Contacts — the number of saved contacts.
Quick-entry buttons (mobile)
On a phone, two blue horizontal buttons appear below the summary numbers.
- Revenue report — Reports screen — jumps straight to it.
- Inbox — Inbox — jumps straight to it.
Connection banners
If your contacts aren’t connected yet — or the connection was lost — a banner appears below the summary.
- Contacts — connect it so your Google Contacts gather into customer cards. → Connect contacts
- Email & calendar — coming soon, before our enterprise launch.
The action list — two sections
- Do this first — shows the single highest-priority action large at the top. If there’s an overdue action, it comes first (Overdue / Today).
- Then do these — lists the remaining open actions in due-date order.
How to use it
- In the morning, open the app and check the ‘Overdue follow-ups’ number first. A red number means there’s something to handle before anything else.
- Handle the ‘Do this first’ card. After the real action — a call, a text — tap Done.
- Work down the ‘Then do these’ list, clearing items in order.
- If you need more context, tap Open contact to jump to the contact card and review notes, deals and past history.
When the list is empty
When there’s nothing to handle, you’ll see ‘Nothing for today.’ If you have no contacts yet, an onboarding card appears instead to help you get started. Either way, it’s a good moment to plan your next move.
Practical tips
- If the ‘To do today’ number only ever grows, it’s a sign you’re creating too many actions. The habit of clearing from the top each day is the key.
- Aim to keep the overdue count at zero. Overdue follow-ups are exactly where a customer’s interest cools fastest.
- If you’re unsure which action to take first, ask the BOTN AI ).
