Companies are a place to manage contacts grouped under a first-class (standalone) entity. Even when one account has several people and the deals, emails and campaigns are scattered, you see them gathered by company. Open it from the desktop sidebar (More), or on mobile from a contact card by linking a company.

Create a company

There are two ways to add a company.

  1. Add from the company list — Use the + button on the company list (a bottom button on mobile) to create one.
  2. Link from a contact cardcontact card lets you search an existing company and link it, or add a new one on the spot.

The fields are company name (required) plus domain and industry by default, and you can also keep firmographics like employee range, estimated annual revenue, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and Crunchbase.

What lives on the company card

The company detail screen has company info on the left and an activity timeline in the center.

Activity timeline

The center activity panel rolls up the linked contacts' activity into a single company-level timeline. Filter by type with the tabs.

Use the Add note / Compose email buttons at the top of the panel to leave a note on this company or email a linked contact who has an email address.

AI enrich — fill estimates

From a row in the company list or on the detail screen, the AI enrich button estimates an industry, a rough size and a one-line summary from the company name and domain. Industry is filled only when empty, and values you already entered are not overwritten.

AI enrich is an estimate from the name and domain with no external data — it is not verified fact, so review it before relying on it.

Work on many companies at once

On the desktop table you can select companies and act on them together.

Deleting a company does not delete its contacts — it only unlinks them (the company-name text saved on each contact stays). You can tidy up companies without losing contact data.

Organizations are easiest to manage on a wide desktop screen. For B2B selling where one account has several contacts, grouping them keeps the context together.
