Workspaces & branding
A workspace is the unit that separates contacts, campaigns and public pages. You can keep several and switch between them, each with its own logo and public address.

A workspace is the outermost unit that groups your contacts, deals, campaigns and public pages together. Data is fully isolated per workspace, and one account can hold several workspaces you switch between freely.
Add & switch workspaces
Use the dropdown at the top of the sidebar to add or switch workspaces. When you switch, contacts, deals, campaigns and public pages all change to that workspace — data is isolated per workspace.
- Tap the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the dropdown.
- Pick another workspace from the list to switch to it instantly.
- Create a new workspace by entering a name; it is created right away and you become its owner.
A new workspace starts on the free plan and comes with a signup bonus of email credits — see plans and usage on the Billing page.
Workspace name
The workspace name lives in Settings → Workspace and can be changed anytime. It appears in the top dropdown and on public pages, so use the organization or brand name your customers recognize.
Logo & public address
Upload your organization logo and set a public address (slug); your forms)}/booking pages then show your logo.
Public URLs look like botn.app/f/<workspace>/<form> and botn.app/r/<workspace>/<slug>
Uploading a logo
- You can upload PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF or SVG images, up to 2MB.
- Once uploaded it appears in the top-left dropdown icon and at the top of your public forms and booking pages.
- A transparent PNG or SVG looks clean on both light and dark backgrounds.
Public address (slug)
Your public address is set once at signup and cannot be changed afterward. It is locked so that forms, booking and document links you have already shared never break. Choose a short, memorable address carefully when you first set it.
Members & roles
Invite teammates to sell together in a workspace. When you invite by email, they receive an invitation email and an in-app notification, and once they log in they can work the same workspace's contacts and deals.
Invites, roles and removal are managed in Settings → Workspace members. For the full breakdown of roles see Members
External shares
Review every link this workspace exposes externally in one place. Active forms、booking pages and shared document links all appear in the list, along with each link's view count.
Expand the External shares section in Settings to periodically check which addresses are currently reachable by anyone.
