Email sync — connecting Gmail to see and reply to customer threads right on the contact card — is coming soon, before our enterprise launch. It can't be connected yet; when available you'll connect it from this same screen.
What works today
Even without the email integration, botn sends email automatically. Campaigns , sequences and automation email steps are sent automatically by email to contacts that have an email, and each send is logged on the contact card timeline.
- Personalization — Use {{name}}, {{company}}, {{email}} in the subject or body and they are replaced with the customer’s info.
- Templates — Reuse common copy with templates .
- Timeline log — Sent mail is automatically logged on the contact card timeline.
For bulk announcements, verify a company sending domain to improve deliverability.
What you can connect now
Google Contacts is available to connect today on the Connected accounts (Google) screen — sign in with Google to pick and import contacts into your customer cards.
