Settings is where you manage your workspace defaults and personal preferences in one place. Open it from the More screen and you’ll find it grouped into Account, Workspace, Email and Data.

What’s here

Account — info, language, theme

In the Account group you check your signed-in name and email, and change the screen language and theme.

  1. Check your name and email under My info. These are shown read-only.
  2. Tap 한국어 or English under Language and the whole app switches immediately.
  3. Pick light, dark, or system under Theme. System follows your device setting.

Workspace — name, address, logo

On the Workspace card you rename the workspace, see its public address, and upload your organization logo. This shows up on your public forms, booking pages and the like.

  1. Enter a workspace name and tap Save; it updates the top dropdown and your public pages.
  2. The public address is set at signup and cannot be changed. It’s locked with a lock icon.
  3. Use Upload logo to add your organization logo. Use an image (PNG/JPG/SVG, etc.) under 2MB.
Your public address is fixed as botn.app/f/<workspace>/<form>. It can’t be changed after signup, so choose carefully.

Currency & free opt-out number

Pick a currency and your deal and quote amounts are shown in it. The free opt-out number is the number required on marketing texts; it’s appended to the end of Playbook SMS automatically.

Save the free opt-out number once and it’s appended to texts automatically. Applicable rules vary by region and industry — verify your real number before entering it.

Members & external shares

On the Workspace members card you invite teammates by email and remove members you no longer need. The external shares section lets you review all externally accessible links (forms, bookings, documents) at a glance.

  1. Enter an email in the invite field and tap Invite; the member is added as pending.
  2. Use the × next to each member to remove them from the workspace.
  3. External shares is collapsed by default; expand it to see public links and their type (form, booking, document).
Guest and member invites require a paid plan. On the free plan you’ll see an upgrade prompt. See the Members page for roles and permissions.

BOTN AI guide

Open the AI guide from the BOTN AI group and tell it about your business and selling style; the in-screen AI cards and assistant use that context to answer more accurately.

Email signature & Slack alerts

Save an email signature and it’s appended to the end of emails you compose or auto-send from within botn. Slack alerts send a Slack message when a deal closes.

  1. Enter your name, contact details, etc. in the Email signature box and save.
  2. Paste your Incoming Webhook URL into Slack alerts and save.
  3. After saving, use Send test to confirm the alert reaches Slack.
If the Slack test fails, first check that you saved the Webhook URL and that its format is correct. The signature is used on emails sent from botn.

Data, management & export

From the Data & management group you can jump to connected accounts, billing, privacy & consent, and export your contact and deal data as CSV.

  1. Tap Customers CSV to download your contacts as a CSV file.
  2. Tap Deals CSV to download your deal data as a CSV file.

To bring contacts in from outside in bulk, see Import contacts instead.

MCP connection (external LLM)

Create a token on the MCP connection card to read or manage this workspace’s contacts, deals and tasks from an external LLM like Claude or Cursor.

  1. Enter a token name (e.g. Claude Desktop) and tap Create token.
  2. The new token is shown only once. Copy it, or use Copy full config to paste it into your LLM config (JSON).
  3. Revoke a token you no longer use to invalidate it immediately.
The token is displayed only once right after creation, so copy it on the spot. See the MCP connection guide for full setup details.
