Manage your workspace plan and payments.

On the Billing screen you can check your workspace’s current plan, then pick monthly or yearly billing to upgrade or downgrade. Payment is handled securely on the Creem checkout page, and you’re returned to botn automatically once it’s done.
View & change your plan
Settings → Billing shows your ‘current plan’ at the top. If you haven’t subscribed yet, it shows Free.
- Pick a billing cycle — Toggle between monthly and yearly. Yearly applies a 15% discount.
- Compare plans — Each card shows price, key features, and the monthly BOTN AI usage (about N calls). The most popular plan carries a ‘Popular’ badge.
- Get started — Tap a plan’s button to go to the Creem checkout. Your current plan shows ‘Current’ and can’t be re-purchased.
BOTN AI usage
Each plan’s card shows roughly how many BOTN AI calls you get per month. Some plans count usage per seat (per member). If your team leans on AI heavily, pick a higher plan with a larger allowance.

Payments & subscription
- Payment & receipts — Payments run through Creem; updating your payment method and viewing receipts/invoices happen on the Creem side.
- Cancel subscription — While subscribed, a ‘Cancel subscription’ button appears below. Canceling doesn’t cut you off immediately — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
- Confirmation emails — When a subscription starts or a cancellation is scheduled, a confirmation email is sent to the workspace owner.
SMS credits (separate)
Web-originated SMS is sent with prepaid credits, separate from your subscription. Top up from the ‘SMS credits’ quick link near the top of the Billing screen, on the SMS credits page. One SMS costs 1 credit (₩10) and is sent only to Korean phone numbers.
Usage and limits
Email-marketing plans are limited by your number of ‘active contacts’ — the unique recipients you’ve emailed in the last 30 days. As you approach the limit, consider moving to a larger tier.
