Contact card
Where all context about one person gathers — info, conversation history, to-dos and open deals on a single screen.

Action due today.
The contact card is the hub where everything about one person comes together — contact info, notes, to-dos, quotes, deals and email history, all on one screen instead of scattered around.
Adding contacts
There are four ways to create a contact. A name alone is enough to save; add a phone number and you can call or text straight from the card.
- One by one — Use the + button on the People tab to enter name, mobile, email and company. You can also drop them into a list as you save.
- Card scan — Scan a business card and OCR fills name, phone, email and company. → Import
- CSV upload — Map the file’s columns to built-in fields and bulk-import a list. → Import
- Forms, bookings — forms·bookings automatically create a card.
What lives on the card
The info card holds the linked company (organization), mobile, email, location, Twitter and a memo. Email, location and Twitter are editable inline; for company you can search and link, or create a new one on the spot.
- Basics — mobile, email, location, Twitter, memo.
- Company link — once linked, you can jump to the company card. → Organizations
- Custom fields — your own fields appear inside the same card. → Custom fields
- Last purchase — set a date and you can filter the list by how long ago they bought.
Do it from the card
- Call & text — with a phone number, ‘Call’ opens the dialer and ‘Send text’ opens your phone’s SMS app (no credits used).
- Add a task (next action) — add a task directly, or — when there’s none — accept a suggested next action and add it in one tap. → Follow-up actions
- Write a consult note — jot notes after a call or meeting; insert BANT/MEDDIC templates to structure them fast. → Notes
- Create a quote or deal — add a quote with an amount, or open a deal with an expected close date and manage its stage. → Pipeline & deals
- Add to auto follow-up — enroll this contact into an active sequence. → Sequences
BOTN AI assist
Inside the card, AI cuts down typing and tidies up your next steps. It only suggests — it never sends messages on its own.
- Diagnosis & summary — the BOTN AI panel summarizes this contact’s context.
- Company enrich — estimates industry and size from the company name. It’s an AI guess made without external data, so verify it yourself.
- Note tidy — restructures rough notes into needs, budget, decision-maker and next step. Review before you save (no auto-save).
Activity timeline
Registration, purchases, notes, quotes, deals, bookings and tasks stack in reverse-chronological order. Skim from the top to see what happened when.
Showing your email thread with this customer on the card is coming soon, before our enterprise launch.
Status, consent & privacy
- Change status — change the status at the top of the timeline and your campaign and report flows stay in sync.
- Marketing consent — manage ‘Granted/Opt out’. Opted-out or denied contacts are excluded from campaign sends.
- Export & delete — export the contact’s data as JSON, or anonymize to delete name, contacts and memos (cannot be undone).
Find & group in the list
Search the list by name, last phone digits or company, and filter by last-purchase period. On desktop you can sort, save views, pick columns, and select many at once to add to lists/processes/sequences or delete in bulk.
